 The creamy coconut milk inside our Rainbow Chips pairs satisfyingly with dehydrated pineapple and salty mixed nuts in this tangy take on trail mix.  

 

Ingredients:

For this recipe, you can choose any mix of nuts and your favorite tropical fruits. We do recommend roasted and salted nuts to balance out the sweetness of the dried fruit and rainbow chips, but if you want to keep your nuts raw, a few mini pretzels or other salted element will do the job.
 

  1. Crush or chop your banana chips and dehydrated pineapple (or other fruit of your choosing) to pieces about the size of pennies.
     

  2. Place your chopped fruit in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir.
     

  3. Store in an air-tight bag or container for up to 6 months. Keeping the mix safe from moisture will preserve its crunch!

1/2 cup unsweetened toasted coconut chips
1/2 cup dehydrated pineapple
